Bailey Construction was founded in 1978. Darryl Bailey began focusing specifically on fire rebuild work in 1992, which means the business has spent more than three decades helping homeowners recover from total fire loss. As the need grew across the region, the service area expanded to cover Spokane, WA and the surrounding ~15-mile radius. The company has stayed focused on one kind of work: complete post-fire home reconstruction, not general remodeling or repairs.

A Second-Generation Builder

Darryl Bailey learned the building trade working alongside his father, growing up on job sites long before he ran his own crew. When house fires left Spokane families with nothing but a cleared lot and a stack of insurance paperwork, Darryl saw how often homeowners were left to manage the recovery process alone. He built his business around closing that gap — handling the insurance coordination and the physical rebuild as one connected process, rather than handing families off between separate contractors and adjusters. That approach has shaped every project since fire rebuild work became his focus in 1992.
